 Our decorating team will work with you on your build project from start to finish. Our job entails: - Developing a showcase budget based on the price range and target market of the model.
- Review floor plans with builder.
- Prepare color boards and material presentation.
- Coordinate with builders' team on decorating specifications; wall colors, accent designs, surface materials.
- Purchase and store furniture, window coverings, rugs and accessories.
- Install and stage model to meet builders opening deadlines.
- Schedule and conduct a walk-thru orientation for builder and staff.
